On IPFS is there a way to track which files/blocks are being downloaded from my server and how often? Even if it’s something as simple as a rollup of log files that would be helpful. I just want a way of tracking stats on which content on my server is being most actively accessed.

I think you’d need to scrape the log files to try to determine which content is most active.
