What software does discuss.ipfs.io use?

I’m interested in creating a similar discussion forum for the Permissionless Software Foundation to this one at discuss.ipfs.io. What software is this? Is it custom code, or is it forked from a general suite of software?

Any links would be greatly appreciated.

The software is Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/). As I am not a system administrator for this site, I can’t speak to whether there is custom code added or not.

From the page source code, it looks like it is currently running version 2.7.0beta1.
