Hello, I’m learning about CID
In this page ProtoSchool | Interactive tutorials on decentralized web protocols about CIDv1,
it states
But when we’re trying to read the data itself, how do we know the encoding method used? It could be encoded with CBOR, Protobuf, plain JSON, etc. To solve this issue,
CIDv1
introduces another prefix that uniquely identifies the encoding method used.
IPLD use dag-pb (protobuf for what I know). Since protobuf is binary, does that means that CIDv1 are no more human readable text ?
Thanks for further explaination
