Hey Folks - hoping to get some advice and insight on using IPFS as a health data repository. Anyone done that before? I’m working with health organizations and potentially genetics information with https://www.dnaid.co/? Would it be possible to store PHI information in IPFS if encrypted before uploading?
Would the organization also be able to engage in a BAA?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
