I’ve been googling lately and I cant find a proper answer.
I know that torrent protocol doesn’t allow to give priority to certain peer. is it anything like that planned for ipfs?
like if 5 peers are connected to my node. Would it be possible to give 1 peer 50% of bandwith and 50% to the rest of them?
