Failed to download fs-repo-migrations

So, the autoupdates don’t seem to be working.

Error: failed to download latest fs-repo-migrations: exec: “sh”: executable file not found in $PATH

I have also tried downloading and running the last fs-repo-migrations from https://dist.ipfs.io/#fs-repo-migrations, but they dont work. I am following this guide on github /ipfs/fs-repo-migrations/blob/master/run.md, and this is the error I get.

bash: ./fs-repo-migrations: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

I am out of ideas and I would be thankful if anyone can help. I like the project and I would like to be an active user.

Thanks in advance

PS: Why can new users not post media in a post? That restriction is so ridiculous. Also, I can only post 2 links on a post … come on. :man_facepalming:

Why does your system not have sh or ipfs is unable to find it?

bash: ./fs-repo-migrations: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

Indicates that you may have downloaded the wrong binary (wrong architecture).

I don’t know … /bin/sh is present in my system … my host is installed in ~/btfs/bin and export PATH=:$/home/username/btfs/bin is the variable that has always worked to launch my host.

I am pretty sure I am running amd64 and that is the one I downloaded.

Thanks in advance

PS: Hablas español?

Perhaps open an issue in go-btfs :man_shrugging:
