ERROR cmds/http & cmds/lgc

I can not find a way to fix this error via internet search engines. I will have to wait till I get home before I can check the port forwarding on my network. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Changing my ports to a random 4 digit string seems to have solved the problems.
