Dagr ruby api client

dagr is a ruby client for the api exposed by go-ipfs.
I’m using go-ipfs 0.4.14-dev right now.

I know that there’s a ruby gem available already but it seems to be dated and incomplete, and I wanted to experiment and learn all about the api by myself.
This doesn’t intend to replace the official apis, it aims to be a trivial and effective tool more than a good example of architectural design.

Any commentary and suggestions are welcome, cheers!
