I’m new to IPFS, what are the difference between this 2 download buttons?
When i use Option 1 the download speed is not so good.
When i use Option 2 the speed is great (even if we don’t have a progress bar to know).
*Why Option 2 is a lot more faster than 1?

They are likely both as fast except the second one use cached data.
Basically you first download with Option 1 that both downloads but also save a cache in ~/.ipfs/blocks second time with Option 2 you are just reading the cache in ~/.ipfs/blocks and not actually downloading.
